Refund & Return Policy
At Juniper Paws, we keep things simple and stress-free.
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted through our Returns Portal.
If your item arrives:
Damaged
Faulty
Not as described
Incorrect item received
Submit a request through the Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A photo or video showing the problem
Once approved, we will issue either:
A free replacement, or
A full refund
You do not need to return the defective item.
For hygiene and safety reasons involving pet products, we do not accept physical returns under any circumstances.
This includes:
Change of mind
Pet not engaging with the product
Incorrect size/colour preference
Items that have been opened or used
All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If the address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete and the courier cannot deliver, we cannot issue a refund.
If the package is returned to us, we can reship it.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
If your shipment is confirmed lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, submit a request through the Returns Portal.
We will either:
Resend the order, or
Issue a refund, at our discretion.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights, where applicable by law, are not affected by this policy.
