At Juniper Paws, all orders are processed quickly and include full online tracking.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
During high-volume periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link that updates as your package moves through international and local courier networks.
Most U.S. orders arrive in:
5–12 business days after dispatch
Delivery time varies based on international transit, customs clearance, and local carrier speed.
Most international orders arrive in:
8–20 business days after dispatch
Customs inspections and local postal services may extend delivery times.
Every order includes full tracking.
It is normal for tracking to show limited or no updates while a package is moving between international carrier facilities.

To ensure fast processing, we cannot:
Change shipping addresses after checkout
Modify items in the order
Cancel orders once processing has begun
Please review details carefully before completing checkout.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please submit a request through our Returns Portal.
We will either:
Resend your order, or
Provide a refund, at our discretion.
